Alex has more than 22 years of executive experience across scaling companies, strategic planning, information systems, senior management hiring and alignment, capital raising, and financial restructurings.

Prior to founding Evertree Insurance in 2022, Alex was President of Winged Keel Group, an independent insurance agency focused on life and private placement life insurance. Alex was responsible for institutionalizing the company and taking it national through acquisitions and opening new offices with newly trained talent. During that same time, Alex was also Partner and Advisor to PE backed SALI Fund Services which was sold in 2021 to JTC, a publicly traded Fund Administration firm. Prior to joining Winged Keel Group, Alex served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for a 550-person Risk function at CIT Group.

Alex sits on the Board of Open Doors Shelter in Norwalk, CT and is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Alex earned an MBA in Finance with Distinction from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Colby College.

"I grew up in a pretty crazy family as one of six kids, born in England and subsequently lived in Canada and nine states across the US. My wife and I are currently performing a new experiment by raising our three kids and two dogs in a single location in a town outside of New York City. We will see how that goes!"

Daniel joined Evertree in September 2022 as a member of the executive team and first employee. He is responsible for mergers and acquisitions and key strategic growth efforts. With over a decade of corporate development experience within insurance brokerage, Daniel shares Evertree’s passion to bring new tools and approaches to help independent brokers realize their professional goals.

Prior to joining Evertree, Daniel was Vice President of M&A for Hub International, where he successfully led key Corporate Development strategies that included expansion into new regions and lines of business. He was responsible for over 100 acquisitions from introductory meetings through to integration. Prior to Hub International, Daniel worked in Deutsche Bank’s Global Markets division and was based out of Southeast Asia.

Daniel is fluent in 4 languages and has a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University in Finance. Daniel and his wife Courtney are involved in the special needs community. Daniel is a Board Member of the Special Olympics of IL.

"I have lived in 7 different countries throughout my life, which likely explains my inability to sit still. This perspective not only generated a dangerous love for international cuisine, but also a passion to experience and understand the different cultures that make up the world. Whenever my wife and I are not traveling, we can be found in Chicago with our Golden Retriever, Penny."

Angelo joined Evertree in January 2022 as a member of the executive team and third employee. He is responsible for the finance and accounting functions and supporting key strategic growth efforts. He has over 20 years as a finance and accounting professional, with multiple senior leadership roles within the insurance brokerage industry. 

Prior to joining Evertree, Angelo was the CFO for Propel Insurance and held various senior finance leadership roles with Hub International. Angelo has been involved in over 100 acquisitions, from introductory meetings through to integration. Angelo began his career in the assurance advisory services group of Ernst & Young.

Angelo has lived across the U.S., living in the Northwest and Chicago after growing up in New England. He received his Bachelor’s in Accounting from The University of Rhode Island and his CPA from the State of Rhode Island. Angelo currently lives in the Seattle area with his wife Jessica and their three children.

"I am a first generation American, born to blue collar Italian immigrant parents. I was the first in my family to go to college and take advantage of the American dream that drove my parents to come to this country. I reside in Seattle with my amazing wife and 3 kids, but truthfully, Rhode Island is where I call home!"

Blaine joined Evertree in December 2022 as the VP of Engineering and second employee. He will be overseeing the build out of the technology platform. Coming to Evertree with years of experience in the insurance industry as a software engineer at multiple insurance startups, Blaine is leading the charge in creating Evertree’s vision of a tech enabled insurance agency.

Prior to joining Evertree, Blaine was a Lead Engineer at Veruna focused on creating an enterprise insurance agency management system built on Salesforce. Prior to working with Veruna, Blaine was the 10th employee at Polly, formerly Dealer Policy, building out their comparative rating engine. Blaine oversaw the development, architecture and roll of the rating engine across 48 states along with direct bind support.

"My parents were raised and grew up in Puerto Rico and after getting married decided to move to the United States version of paradise- New Jersey - where my brother and I call home. I snowboarded my way through college in Vermont. Currently, live in Manhattan where I enjoy the city's energy and spending time with family and friends."

Mary joined Evertree in March 2023 as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions. She is responsible for mergers and acquisitions and key strategic growth efforts.

Mary has over 7 years of M&A experience focused on the insurance industry. Prior to joining Evertree, Mary helped lead US M&A and corporate strategy at bolt tech. While at bolt tech, Mary led agency acquisitions where she was responsible for sourcing through execution. Prior to bolt tech, she was a Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank advising mid to large cap insurance companies on mergers & acquisitions, capital raises and general strategic advisory. Over her investment banking career, Mary has worked on 30+complex transactions spanning M&A and capital markets.

"My mom immigrated from China to California where she later met my dad and raised my brother and me. My college years where super busy- driving three hours a day so I could attend classes, work multiple jobs so I could pay my way through university, and then make it home each day to look after my dad. I currently live in Brooklyn where I enjoy spending time with friends, volunteering with my neighborhood mutual aid group, and all things wellness related."

Gary owned and ran Gnade Insurance Group, Inc. for more than 30 years before being the first company to merge with Evertree Insurance in December 2022. He is excited to bring his team and experience of personal, commercial, life, benefits, and health insurance to Evertree as well as provide guidance to companies that will be joining Evertree.

Prior to joining Evertree, Gnade Insurance Group was a family owned and run independent agency offering insurance coverages throughout the Midwest with a staff of 25 talented individuals. Gary started in insurance as a life insurance salesman for Prudential Financial Insurance Company. Gary is looking forward to seeing Evertree become the first national brand of independent insurance agencies in the U.S. He believes the possibilities will be limitless with the technology and talent that Evertree is building.

"I was born, grew-up, and have lived in the southern suburbs of Chicago my whole life. It truly is the best place to live I believe. Not only can I visit the city whenever I have wanted, I have all the perks of living in a small community too. I have also raised four wonderful sons and have 10 grandchildren, all of which still live within 5 miles of me."

Prior to joining Evertree, Britton was the founder and CEO of Provision Insurance in 2013. In ten years, Provision grew to become one of the largest personal lines focused agencies in the Midwest. To grow Provision to better improve the insurance customer service, Britton focused on training and hiring new producers, and later lead the marketing efforts to grow Provision’s customer base. Britton began his career as a personal lines producer at Liberty Mutual and after two short but successful years of selling insurance, he left to start Provision.

Britton has a MBA in Marketing and Finance from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's from Michigan State University. He has been an active racket sports player his entire life. He played for both universities and competed in the NCAA championships his final year at Wayne State.

I grew up with an older brother, Bryant ( also in insurance), outside of Metro Detroit.  We both attended and played sports at Michigan State University , myself ( tennis) and Bryant ( swimming).

Tammy joined Evertree in April 2023 as the Product Lead, where she’ll focus on the buildout of Sprout, the technology platform. She brings more than twenty years of experience in the insurance industry.

Prior to joining Evertree, Tammy was a Product Manager at Veruna. As one of the earliest hires, she was deeply involved in the introduction of the product to market. Veruna is the leading Salesforce based agency management platform, now being used by more than 80agencies and 3,700 users. Tammy's career spanned many roles, from Commercial Lines Underwriter to those focused on product development and end user experience at Ohio Casualty Group, Ivans, and Great American Insurance Group.

“My family roots run deep in Cincinnati with both sides of my family settling there from Germany several generations ago. I grew up in a family of six - 2 sets of twins kept my parents on the go and money tight. After putting myself through college, I returned to my hometown where my husband and I are busy raising our 3 kids and can usually be found at a basketball court, soccer or lacrosse field, or chasing whatever’s caught the interest of our youngest, which lately is coding and animatronics!”

Bryan started with Gnade Insurance in June of 2003 as a Personal Lines Account Manager. Over the years he has held several positions in the agency in all lines of business. He currently runs of the Commercial Lines department which has grown significantly over the years and has been a key part of the Company’s consistent growth and success. While he has enjoyed being part of a family business and helping it grow from six employees to where they are today, he is excited for what the future will bring being part of the Evertree team.

"I was born in the South Suburbs of Chicago into an insurance family, one of four boys. I didn't think I would end up in the insurance field, but here I am! In my free time I like traveling with my wife, daughter, and son and spend as much time as we can on the lake in Michigan."

Tiffany joined Evertree in June 2023 as Director of Program Management. She oversees the planning, execution, and tracking of corporate projects and integration.

Prior to joining Evertree, Tiffany served as Chief of Staff to Ursula Burns, where she managed workstreams and staff across multiple organizations. She has orchestrated and optimized operational strategies, leadership communications and driven the execution of key initiatives. In her prior tenure, Tiffany worked at Ernst & Young's International Tax – Transfer Pricing group. She has ten years experience in project management, assembling and leading teams, cross-functional coordination, intellectual property valuation, and transfer pricing operational restructurings with Fortune 50 clients in the technology and consumer product fields.

"Originally from Hong Kong, my parents immigrated to the US for college. They transformed humble beginnings into a stable foundation before establishing roots and welcoming my sister and I. We were raised in Dublin, Ohio, where we spent our childhoods running around in the corn fields, horseback riding, and playing ultimate frisbee. Today, home is the Bay Area, where I continue to enjoy outdoor escapades under the sunny California skies with family and friends!"
